The company provides matchmaking services only and does not guarantee marriage or a successful match. Matches are suggested based on client preferences, profile details, and availability.

2. Membership Validity

Membership is valid only for the selected duration. Services will automatically expire after the validity period. Renewal is required to continue services.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Profile & Contact Sharing

Profiles and contact details are shared as per the selected plan. Misuse of contacts (spam, harassment, fraud, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy

All client data is kept strictly confidential and used only for matchmaking purposes.

6. Mediator / Premium Services

In premium plans, assistance and coordination is provided. However, final decisions remain fully with the client and their family.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any abuse, fraud, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for:

Compatibility after marriage

Rejection or non-response from other profiles

Any personal, emotional, or financial loss

9. Service Usage & Refund Restriction

Once the client accesses any profile or receives contact details, the service is considered started.

If the client accesses 5 or more contact numbers OR receives 5 or more matches, the service will be considered substantially delivered, and no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
